SUMMARY:Consultation Meeting: Periti working for the Civil Courts\, RRB & RLCB
DESCRIPTION:The position of periti working as court experts for the Civil Courts\, RRB and RLCB has been deteriorating in recent months. From incorrect tariff calculations\, to arbitrarily set fees for services not envisaged in Tariff K\, to the unacceptable passing of legal notices introducing capping to valuations without prior consultation with the Kamra\, the attitute towards periti has become increasingly hostile and disrespectful. \nTo this end\, the Council has decided to organise a consultation meeting to be held at the Friggieri Hall at the Valletta Design Cluster on 21st June 2023 at 5.30pm for all affected periti to air their grievances and agree with Council on a common strategy going forward. \nThe attendance of affected periti is highly solicited. \n  \nRegister your attendance below. \n\n\n	Related
