A vacancy has arisen for the full time post of a perit or equivalent to work on an indefinite contract basis in an established design practice. His/her duties shall primarily involve the day to day site supervision of a number of major projects.

You will be highly motivated with a great eye for composition, able to work independently and possess excellent communication skills, in graphic, oral and verbal form.
Job Requirements:
-Strong architectural and interior design skills
-Strong detailing skills
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
-Fully conversant with Maltese planning and building regulations
-Manage personal workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects
-Capable of working within a team and independently
-Ability to deliver under the pressure of tight deadlines
Site experience and knowledge of 3ds Max and VRay will be considered an asset although not essential.

Job Requirements:
Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in architectural design, experience in construction detailing, and finishes design and detailing, site experience an asset. Willing to learn, able to work in a team, but especially, passionate about quality in design and construction

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and keen individual to join our team on a full time basis. Interested candidates should be structural engineering professionals, with a minimum of three years of experience. They will be involved throughout the different processes of numerous projects: including concept design, planning application documentation, detail design, construction drawings and on-site inspections.
Job Requirements:
Relevant architecture and engineering qualifications are essential, as well as a good level of structural principles and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
