Assistant Project Manager

PMQS is a local business offering services in Project Management, Interior Design and Quantity Surveying. We offer services only on large scale commercial projects – hotels, offices, factories, etc. We currently have 6 projects going on and we are in need of a technical bright individual who would be able to carry out the daily site inspections on the various sites, solve site problems, report to the Project Manager, attend progress meetings, take minutes, etc. The individual must have his own transport and must be ready to work on a self employed basis. The current projects are expected to last until mid 2025 at least. Other projects are in the pipeline too. Hours of work can be flexible and an amount of hybrid work can be agreed also.
